We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide critical support across group homes in Western Massachusetts. - Perform routine assessments and treatments based on individualized care plans
- Train direct support staff on best practices in patient care
- Transport residents to medical appointments, activities, and community events
- Valid LPN license in MA
- Strong communication skills and compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work across multiple locations with flexibility
