We are looking for an *energetic and enthusiastic LPN* who has a passion for working with the elderly population. Cadbury Commons at Cambridge Assisted Living/Memory Care Community, has been in business for 28 years!
In this pivotal role your daily tasks will include supporting the success of the SAMM program, performing assigned resident assessments, communicating with our pharmacy, and exchanging communication with outside support agencies that assist our residents. The Wellness Nurse provides support and supervision of our medication assistants and HHAs/CNA's. On a daily basis you will communicate with residents and their families to help ensure that our residents receive only the highest standard of care.
**Must be self-driven, efficient, thorough, and able to complete tasks independently**
**Must be dependable, prompt and exhibit keen attention to detail**
** Excellent communication skills are a must* *
** Prior Assisted Living experience is a plus, but not required**
