- Pay: LPN:$33.00 / RN:$39.00 per hour; Overtime Opportunity available
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:15AM-2:30PM on school days
- Location: Meet patient at home and ride to and from school
- Duties: Provide G-Tube Feedings, Administer medication, and Provide total care with ADL's.

- Must have at least one year of LPN experience within the last 3 years -or- RN with at least one year of experience within the last 3 years
- Will consider New Grad RN's with this experience as an LPN
- Must have CPR Certification (no online courses)
- Must have experience with G-Tube Feedings
