About the Job

The primary role is to deliver direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNAs and nursing staff. Responsibilities include:

Administering medications and treatments, documenting care, and participating in care plan conferences.

Monitoring CNAs' performance, providing education, and conducting performance evaluations.

Reporting clinical declines and maintaining infection control practices.

Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
