Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process for patient care assessment and implementation

Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders

Monitor and document patient condition changes

Qualifications:

Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice

Current TB or Chest X-Ray

Current BLS card

One year of prior nursing experience preferred
