LPN / LVN at Mitchell Martin

A well known medical group located in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse.

Type: Contract
Schedule: 08:30am-04:30pm (includes a 30 min break)
Location: Brooklyn, NY

Responsibilities:
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care as delegated by and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Contributes to the plan of patient care and assists in providing a therapeutic environment

Requirements:
New York State Licensed Practical Nurse
BLS certification
Must have LPN/LVN experience for over a year
Graduate from an accredited LPN program
Licensed LPN with experience working in a practice setting
Must be able to administer vaccines.
Assist providers with setting up patients and other tasks as needed
Must have EMR experience
Strong computer skills
Good communication ad written skills
