Providing direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting changes

Assisting with daily living activities and patient education

Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in Ohio
