LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse). - Chesterwood Village Of West Chester.

We have immediate openings for Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN LPNs on Day & Night Shifts. Pay ranges from $29 to $33 per hour, with additional shift differentials for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care
• Oversee nursing assistants' activities
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions
• Attend required training and educational events

Requirements:

• Current Ohio LPN license
• Strong documentation skills; PCC experience is a plus
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Solid work history with excellent attendance
• Positive attitude and passion for elderly care
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
