Responsibilities:

Assess, communicate, and document residents status.

Report significant changes in resident behavior and health.

Supervise daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.

Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants.

Coordinate care needs with community providers.

Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies.

Requirements:

Current LPN license and CPR certification.

Graduate of an approved LPN program.

1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.

Experience with the elderly is highly desirable.
