We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time or part-time positions. The role offers a competitive salary of $31.74 - $36.46 per hour, with additional pay options for opting out of certain benefits and shift differentials of $2 for weekdays and $4 for weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Oversee and assist Nursing Assistants in resident care.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes.
• Document care plans and nursing notes accurately.

Qualifications:

• Current state LPN license required.
• Experience in a geriatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with others and maintain a caring attitude.
