We are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time or part-time positions. The role offers a competitive salary of $31.74 - $36.46 per hour, with additional pay options and shift differentials. LPNs will manage daily clinical regimens, administer medications, and oversee Nursing Assistants while ensuring high-quality care and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include:

Administering medications and treatments

Monitoring and directing Nursing Assistants

Documenting care plans and resident progress

Qualifications:

Current state LPN license required

Experience in a geriatric setting preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
