LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Skilled Nursing Facility in Georgetown, SC - CBW Staffing Solutions

We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide quality patient care and assist in coordinating healthcare services. Key duties include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording vital signs
• Assisting with patient assessments and care planning
• Performing basic nursing procedures
• Providing health coaching and education
• Utilizing electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications include LPN licensure in South Carolina, with preferred experience in nursing and BLS certification. This full-time position offers a pay range of $27.00 - $31.00 per hour, along with benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. Relocation to Georgetown, SC is required.
