Your Role: A Day in the Life of an LPN

As an integral part of our care team, you’ll bring comfort, compassion, and expertise to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Vital Monitoring: Keep a close eye on patients’ vital signs, ensuring their health and safety.
• Personalized Care: Assist with bathing, feeding, dressing, and other activities to ensure residents’ comfort and dignity.
• Medical Support: Administer medications, change dressings, and support healing while working closely with medical staff.
• Patient Advocacy: Update records accurately and confidentially, evaluating residents’ well-being and promptly reporting changes.
• Education & Communication: Explain treatments and procedures to residents and their families, offering clarity and support.

What We’re Looking For

• A current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
• Valid BLS Certification.
