Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and contribute to quality patient care in a supportive environment. We are seeking qualified candidates to deliver nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and supervise CNAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide quality nursing care and support patient well-being.

Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.

Assign duties and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.

Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited LPN program.

Active LPN license in good standing.

One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

CPR certification required upon hire.
