We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in a rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conducting health coaching sessions for wellness and disease prevention.
• Assisting with procedures like Botox injections and neonatal ventilator management.
• Utilizing electronic health record systems for accurate documentation.
• Adhering to infection control standards.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members on patient care plans.
• Educating patients and families on healthcare procedures and self-care.
• Managing durable medical equipment as needed.
• Providing occupational health services.

Qualifications include recent LPN experience, a valid LPN license, knowledge of medical coding, and proficiency in electronic health records. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Pay is up to $45.00 per hour with various job types available.
