We are currently seeking a Skilled Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our outstanding team of caregivers.

Responsibilities of an STNA:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, ensuring comfort and dignity.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Assist with patient mobility, including transfers and repositioning.
• Provide support to the nursing team with basic clinical tasks as directed.
• Follow care plans and ensure patients’ needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned by the Unit Manager.

Qualifications:

• Active STNA certification in the state of Ohio.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required.
