We are seeking to fill the position of LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - All Shifts.

• $36 to $49.38 per hour based on experience and shift 
• Walking distance to Red Line T stop at Andrews

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• MA LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse or recent graduate waiting for licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Nursing Home: 1 year (Preferred).
• Must be able to supervise and delegate.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:

• Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in problem identification and development of correction plans.
• Check all ill residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes.
• Assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set, Resident Assessment protocols and Interdisciplinary care plans.
• Report resident condition changes to Supervisor, attending physician/NP, families and document in Medical Record.
• See that all required documentation is correct, reflects need and is up-to-date.
• Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assess residents on admission and initiate interim care plan.
