We are looking for a dedicated *Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)* for a contract position in *Lebanon, PA*. This role offers flexible shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) with a pay rate of $35-$45 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.

Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Preferred experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.

Verification of TST as required by state law.

Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient evaluations and contribute to care planning.

Provide direct patient care per clinical guidelines.

Supervise unlicensed staff in patient care.

Perform additional duties to support patient care and facility operations.
