Salary: $32 - $38 per hour + $2,500 Bonus

We are seeking a dedicated LPN to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities include:

Providing direct patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians

Administering medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting changes

Assisting with patient education and support

Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in Minnesota

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
