Position Summary:
This role focuses on providing comprehensive resident care, promoting physical, personal, and emotional well-being, and supporting residents in achieving maximum self-care and independence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver direct resident care and follow individualized care plans.

Administer medications and document all relevant observations.

Conduct resident assessments and report changes in condition.

Assist residents with daily living activities and encourage participation in facility activities.

Supervise direct care staff and maintain a restraint-free environment.

Attend interdisciplinary meetings and in-service classes.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; must be a Licensed Practical Nurse.

Current CPR certification and at least 2 years of related experience.

Strong communication skills and ability to work compassionately with the elderly.

Job Type: Part-time
