Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process for patient care assessment and implementation

Provide skilled nursing services per prescribed orders

Assess and document patient condition changes

Collect and analyze health data for nursing diagnoses

Qualifications:

Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state

Current TB or Chest X-Ray

Current BLS card

One year of nursing experience preferred
