Are you ready to build your career by joining a Healthcare Provider? If so, our client is hiring a Registered Nurse - Home Care (Days)!
What You'll Do:
- The primary responsibilities of a home health nurse include monitoring vital signs and performing tests, caring for wounds or injuries, assessing healing, and administering treatments.
- Nurses also document changes in behavior and progress, eating habits, and overall mood, depending on the situation.
- Pennsylvania State LPN License.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as LPN.
- Should have homecare experience.
- Nurse must have Oasis experience with documentation.
- Certification BLS
- Shift 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- 40 hours per week.
