About the Job

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our per-diem staffing agency. The LPN will care for individuals with physical and/or mental limitations under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Doctor. Ideal candidates should be compassionate, experienced in providing basic care, and enjoy helping others.

Responsibilities include:

Recording patient medical histories

Taking vital signs

Monitoring patient conditions

Assisting with daily activities

Administering medications and basic medical care

Providing emotional support

Communicating with patients' families

Qualifications:

Active LPN State License/Certification

Proven experience as LPN

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Excellent communication skills
