Overview
Pay: $23.34 per hour
Sign-On Bonus – $4,000 FT/ $3,000 PT – ½ paid at 90 days, ½ at 180 days

Job responsibilities: Treat minor injuries and illnesses according to physician instructions and authorized per healthcare guidelines in compliance with government and company directives.
Essential functions:
- Conduct cursory medical exams during students' first 48 hours on center.
- Clean and dress wounds, operate emergency equipment, and provide follow up care.
- Prepare and administer specified medications.
- Perform routine lab tests in accordance with approved standards.
- Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of services to students. Prepare related reports.
- Monitor students on bed rest in health and wellness center.
- Enter required information in students health records.
- Assist physician or mid-level health care provider as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Valid, unrestricted LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in the state of employment
- 1-year practical nursing experience required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and computer proficiency required.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
