Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this role is to promote and grow the “Diamond” brand and other MasterBrand cabinet brands with Lowe’s “Pro” customer base. Sales for MasterBrand products will be obtained by way of customer site visits, design support, training events, product demos, customer service and more. The Pro Sales Representative will invest their time with store associates at the Pro Desks within a defined territory of Lowe’s home improvement stores. This position will ideally be based out of the greater Orlando area with the territory covering both the east and west coasts of Florida.
Reporting Structure:
The Lowe's Pro Field Sales Representative will report directly to the VP of Lowe’s Sales.
Responsibilities:
Grow & maintain sales of Masterbrand products with Lowe’s Pro customers.
Train and become mentors for Pro Associates (sales, marketing, management).
Build long-term business relationships with the customer base.
Assist customers and associates with closing sales.
Assist the Lowe’s Account Management team with sales forecasting.
Exercise creativity relative to sales and marketing tactics.
Manage sight/sales visit frequency for accounts. This requires the ability to travel frequently with some possible overnights to cover the entire territory.
Facilitate issue resolution practices for unsatisfied customers.
Assist the Account Management team with efforts to launch new programs for our customers.
Receive and deliver items to customers as needed. Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Computer skills
Valid driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record
Sales skills and background
Cabinet industry knowledge preferred but not required
Willingness to travel up to 50%
Bachelor’s-level degree in Business Marketing Design or a related field is highly preferred.
