We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly driven Permanent Low Voltage Sales Manager to join our thriving team in the construction industry. This role is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing and driving sales in the low voltage sector, specifically in areas such as alarms, CCTV, burglar alarms, and video surveillance.
Responsibilities:
As a Low Voltage Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the business’s low voltage product and services.
2. Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
3. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
4. Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers.
5. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
6. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
7. Providing timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
8. Liaising with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
9. Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
10. Understanding the technical aspects of the company's products and services, to provide solutions to clients and assist the team in their sales efforts.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Low Voltage Sales Manager position must possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the low voltage sector in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing a high-performing sales team.
3. Knowledge and understanding of low voltage systems such as alarms, CCTV, burglar alarms, and video surveillance.
4. Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
5. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
6. Strong communication and team management skills.
7. Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
8. Availability to travel as needed.
9. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
