Job Description	Torgeson Electric is seeking a Low Code/No Code App Developer who is passionate about building efficient, secure, and scalable data-driven solutions to enhance organizational workflows and productivity. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of low-code/no-code platforms, data analysis, and SQL, with a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.
Pay	The salary range for this position is competitive and relevant to experience.
Hours	40 or more per week
Transportation	Travel allowance provided, if required
Lodging	Provided if Required
Req. Experience	Basic proficiency in SQL; foundational understanding on data analysis and reporting. Prior experience with low-code/no-code platforms is a plus but not required. High attention to detail and accuracy in delivering technical solutions. Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and quickly learn new technologies and procedures. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Duties & Tasks	Develop applications for both office and field use utilizing low-code/no-code platforms. Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, procedures, and custom reports in SQL Server. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze app and reporting requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs. Troubleshoot and optimize app performance, making adjustments to improve efficiency. Adapt to new technologies and methodologies to meet evolving business requirements. Communicate effectively across teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals. Design and manage database reports, visualizations, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
