About the Job
The Shuttle Driver creates a remarkable experience for customers by driving them to or from
desired locations while service is being performed on their vehicles. The shuttle driver specializes
in meeting customers’ needs with a friendly, compassionate attitude.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is
repaired
• Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles
• Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report
disruption of service
• Treat all customers with respect and dignity
• Operating vehicles according to Company policies and state/federal laws
• Moving vehicles over required route to proper destination, observing all traffic laws and
safety regulations
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness
• Maintains miscellaneous service duties such as checking oil, water, fuel, tires and tank related
items
• Reports any equipment malfunctions and/or concerns to Service Manager
• Uses good judgment and safe driving skills
• Maintains a professional appearance
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must possess an acceptable driving record
• Valid Driver’s License• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 1 year driving experience.
• Preferred: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

This position pays $17.00 per hour
