Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services.
• Manage rentals and inventory using U-Scan technology.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment.
• Educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept returns.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification provided).
• Drive a forklift (certification provided).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

**Work Environment:**
The role involves moderate risks requiring safety precautions, such as working around machinery and chemicals. Protective gear may be necessary.

**Physical Demands:**
The job requires physical exertion, including moving equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
