About the Job
We are looking to add a Loss Prevention Supervisor to our team. The Supervisor will assist the Security Manager and Director of Resort Operations in daily functions of the department to ensure protection of the property, resort assets, associates and owners/members/guests. Ensure professional, efficient operation while providing leadership, guidance, training and organization.

Essential Functions:
- Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property
- Exercise key control, process lost and found items
- Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of property
- Conduct Fire Watch when needed
- Promote safe work practices to include life safety inspections
- Initiates preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed
- Writes reports and ensures accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communications
- Previous experience preferred
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid Certification preferred
Schedule: Varying shifts available.
