Position Overview:
Our client in Statesville, NC, is seeking individuals with a mechanical background or weaving experience to join a paid training program for maintenance roles in their climate-controlled facility who will have the ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift after their training.
Position: Loom Maintenance Tech TraineeType: Direct HireStarting Pay: $23.99/hr, plus bonuses and incentives!
Training and Shift Details:

• Training: Paid training on 1st shift (8:00 am-4:00 pm)
• Shifts After Training:
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
  • OR
  • 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Qualifications:

• Some mechanical background of any kind
• Quick learner with strong fine motor skills
• Hands-on aptitude
• Motivated to build a long-term career
