What the Administrative Assistant job is Like:
- You may have multiple projects going simultaneously from filing, to answering phones, to orientations, to supporting the Clinical Team, to verifying credentials, to license renewals and special projects.
- The position includes being responsible for the compilation, accuracy, and maintenance of both clinical and human resources data.
- Participate in unannounced surveys by demonstrating confidentiality while providing the surveyor with HR data that you've accurately keep up to date and in order.
Hours: Monday to Friday in our Woodinville Office - 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Occasional driving to locations in Snohomish, Kenmore and Kirkland.
Other Qualifications:
- Must be able to use discretion and maintain confidentiality with client and employee information.
- Proficient computer skills including E-sign, PDF documents, MS Word, MS Teams, Zoom, MS Excel, Outlook, and database and applicant tracking navigation and entry.
- Communication Proficiency; must be able to communicate effectively; verbally, reading and writing, in a way that is understood by others who communicate in the English language.
- Must be able to drive in all types of weather and driving conditions.
Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or human resources, or related experience preferred
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
