- Account Manager
Responsible for selling enterprise hardware, software, and services to active and prospective customers. Account Managers engage in prospecting activities, manage multiple customer relationships and sales cycles, and maintain a monthly sales quota. - Wholesale Account Manager
Responsible for selling enterprise hardware to our global network of VARs (Value Added Resellers), Brokers, and Resellers. Product Managers maintain multiple customer relationships and sustain a multi-million-dollar sales quota centered around new and refurbished parts. - Sales Internship
Responsible for effectively applying company-trained lead generation techniques and value propositions to generate interest with prospective customers. Sales Interns also participate in sale and product training, plan and execute company culture events, and support marketing and eCommerce initiatives. - Sales Team Leader
Responsible for overseeing a team of Account Managers, Apprentices and Interns, providing sales leadership, demonstrating best practices, conducting employee reviews, and on-going training. - Renewals Coordinator
Responsible for forecasting, quoting and ultimately selling upcoming software and hardware infrastructure support renewals to existing and prospective accounts. The Renewals Coordinator is a strategically focused sales overlay position - Technical Specialist
Responsible for building systems from component hardware and software to meet customer requirements, as well as providing technical support to customers. Technical Specialists also assist with inbound-product testing, break down to component level, and audit. - Order Management Specialist
Responsible for order fulfillment, inventory procurement, RMA management, as well as sales and inventory support. Order Management Specialists also process software, support, and license contract management for customers. - Logistics Specialist
Responsible for receiving and processing all inbound-products as well as ensuring that it is inventoried, stored properly, and ready to fulfill customer orders. Logistics specialists are also responsible for maintaining the product warehouse as well as assembling and preparing outbound customer orders for shipment.
