Long Term Care (LTC) Pharmacist Compensation

• The pay for this position is $60.00 per hour.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Long Term Care (LTC) Pharmacist Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
• The required availability for this position is 8pm - 7am. 7on/7off.

Long Term Care (LTC) Pharmacist Responsibilities

• The Pharmacist evaluates physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration. Makes recommendations for therapy changes to the physician and facility staff as appropriate.

Long Term Care (LTC) Pharmacist Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required – PharmD preferred.
• Attendance mandatory for first 90 days
• 1+ year of pharmacist experience - LTC preferably
• MUST be licensed as a pharmacist.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days.
