Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily warehouse activities with a focus on teamwork and efficiency.
Generate various warehouse productivity reports and ensure accurate tracking of labor hours.
Implement initiatives for continuous improvement in logistics processes.
Build and maintain relationships with our valued customers and resolve operational issues.
Ensure material availability to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Manage the receipt of materials, inventory delivery, and packaging according to specifications.
Provide senior management with insightful warehouse-related reports.
Collaborate with department managers to develop innovative strategies for inventory control and distribution.
Participate in and coordinate various programs or projects related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in warehousing/logistics or equivalent
Expertise in functional and technical management skills, coupled with strong customer relationship skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and project management experience.
Time management skills.
