We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented team member to join our dynamic radiopharmaceutical company. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely packaging, shipment, and delivery of our radiopharmaceutical isotope products. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, manage logistics operations, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, supply chain expertise, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance within the radiopharmaceutical industry. Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare packaging for radiopharmaceutical isotope products, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Arrange shipping logistics, including selecting carriers and scheduling shipments to meet delivery deadlines.
- Track shipments from origin to destination, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise.
- Ensure successful and on-time delivery of products to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and customer service teams to optimize the shipping process.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics operations and reduce shipping costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
Education and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for shipping radiopharmaceutical products is a plus.
