Logistics Specialist 3 – Packaging Operations

1. Reliable analytical skills – looking for candidates that can provide critical thinking and analysis
2. Proficient ability with Excel (pivot, v-lookup, basic formulas & functions at the minimum; h-lookup, macros, and more advanced knowledge is a bonus!)
3. The ability to use the SAP software suite to solve business problems
Preferred/Bonus: SAP or WMS system experience
Education: 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain OR High School Diploma with Minimum 2+ years experience
Years of experience: 2+ years
Additional notes/work hours: We are looking for candidates that can start ONSITE from Day 1.
Trainings will be held in-person @ the Coppell office.
Candidate also must be willing to work night-shifts (approximately 2-11pm) + OT on night shifts (as needed) – this will be after initial onsite trainings that will be held during the day.
Need to be flexible work hours such as switching weekday to weekend or work less hours in weekday in case there is weekend operation plan to adjust 40 normal hours.
Possibility of extension beyond initial 3 months duration, based on competency!
Position Summary:
• The position ensures the best in class execution for Packaging Operations (Fulfillment, Quality, Returns Management and Business Coordination).
• Responsible for the execution of daily Logistics operations
• This role will ensure that product moves through all aspects of warehouse operation in a seamless manner.
• This role will actively perform Logistics operations system transactions and troubleshoot in SAP
Common Essentials/Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist 3PL in the daily execution and management of Logistics operations activity
• Provide SAP Support for warehouse operations which includes troubleshooting “unique” issues that may arise on a day to day basis.
• Ensure quick and precise system execution for the receipt and delivery of products for production
• Coordinate and execute special projects and additional services as requested
• Support inter-department projects/activities as determined necessary
• Work proactively with 3PL’s to ensure continuous support for optimal production and solutions
• Assist Warehouses and internal customers on priorities and non-standard requests
• Follow processes in full compliance with all federal, state and local regulatory guidelines
• Complete all other duties as assigned
Background/Experience:
• 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain OR High School Diploma with Minimum 2+ years of experience
• Experience with SAP
• Experience in a high-volume, automated operations preferred
• High-Tech supply chain and/or logistics experience
• Reliable analytical skills
• Good social and team working skills
• Proficient ability in working within Excel

• Experience working simultaneously with various cultures preferred
• Ability to work accuracy and reliability
• Ability to communicate status updates in writing, through email, or orally
