What You Will Do

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to meet production and delivery deadlines while optimizing resources.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless coordination across the supply chain.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Analyze logistics performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight providers, and other external partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation services.
• Oversee logistics staff, providing training, mentoring, and leadership to drive team performance.
• Generate reports on logistics metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and reduce costs.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of logistics software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle) and industry best practices.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
