Summary/Objective:
As our Event Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero, supporting our Marketing team in delivering seamless and memorable events and partnerships. From coordinating logistics to ensuring our clients receive the premium experience they deserve, your role will be instrumental in making each event a success.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for in-person events, including stock management, liaising with vendors, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Set up and pack up for events, ensuring every detail is perfect from start to finish.
Manage catering fulfillment to guarantee our guests are treated to the best culinary delights.
Plan, produce, and oversee both on-site and off-site events, from coffee activations to brand showcases.
Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure partnerships are executed flawlessly at the store level.
Maintain and uphold Bluestone Lane's quality standards in all third-party relationships and agreements.
Additional Duties:
This role is all about flexibility and creativity! While the above tasks are essential, you may find yourself diving into other exciting projects to help elevate our events even further. Variety is the spice of life, after all!
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Strong computer skills, with experience in Google suite applications being a bonus.
Willingness to embrace travel and work outside regular hours to ensure event success.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
Attention to detail is your middle name—you never let even the smallest detail slip through the cracks.
Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Results-driven with a passion for operational excellence.
A reliable and self-starting individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs when necessary.
