Our client, an Entertainment Company, is looking to hire a Logistics Coordinator on a freelance basis ASAP!

This role is fully onsite in NYC through June 2025

Job Description

• Provide logistics support for multiple channels (retail, direct to consumer, etc)
• Work closely with Logistics Manager to ensure timely deliveries to and from fulfillment centers
• Prepare logistics reports
• Coordinate process of inbound and outbound goods
• Purchase supplies & work with vendors
• Manage shipment scheduling through various tracking platforms

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the entertainment or music industry
• Experience using data reporting systems
• Experience with order management and customer service
