The Logistics Coordinator performs a variety of Supply Chain coordination duties, as well as Warehouse duties. Logistics related tasks will include order scheduling and oversight for home delivery, inbound and outbound scheduling, inventory management, and point of sale system data input. Warehouse Tasks will include, and are not limited to, offloading, loading, processing, sorting, and staging inventory while maintaining required data input into the appropriate systems. This position will also assist with the replenishment of product to our retail locations while maintaining focus on safety, productivity, and inventory accuracy.
Pay Range: $19.10/hr - $22.10/hr
What You’ll Do:
* Logistics monitoring and coordination for all inbound and outbound shipments of product.
* Maintains all incoming calls, along with tracking and scheduling of delivery appointments.
* Maintains all RMS entries, such as purchase orders, transfers, inventory adjustments, sales orders to 3rd parties, etc.
* Inventory control for all inbound customer goods destined for home delivery. Includes product verification both physically and systematically, as well as labeling.
* Monitors inventory levels within the facility to satisfy retail location orders as well as product transfer orders to other warehouses.
* Assists with auditing and verification of inventory within the facility through the company’s various apps on internal website.
* Assists with routing and scheduling of deliveries through internal logistics and sales platforms. This includes direct phone contact with customers for product and address verification, as well as delivery expectations.
* Assists with issue ticket monitoring for customers and partners.
* Monitors reports and data collection within partner systems to receive and inspect goods.
* Checks for the supply needs of the facility and handles order processing for these supplies with 3rd party vendors.
* Offloading and loading of product; check and verify the correct product is being loaded
* Responsible for inspection of goods to determine product condition and quality while performing processes to make inventory ready for sale.
* Assists with sustainability initiatives for materials separation and recycling.
* Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory while placing product in the correct designated area(s).
* Maintaining internal documentation records as well as entering product data accurately into required systems.
* Goal oriented with a focus on achieving company metrics while continually showing initiative and motivation.
* Abide by all company safety regulations while maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization.
* Perform necessary inventory cycle counts and/or physical inventories and prepare inventory paperwork as directed, following established SOP’s.
What You’ll Need
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Minimum 3 years of proven working warehouse or similar experience.
* Experience with customer facing interactions and functions within a warehouse environment.
* Logistics routing and scheduling experience.
* Knowledge of inventory systems and control processes.
* Strong oral and written communication experience.
* Experience with various software programs including Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems, & routing software.
* Ability to solve and respond to customer concerns and needs.
* Forklift certified (experience is needed as certifications can be renewed upon hire).
* Frequently lift/move 75 pounds.
