Full-time - Tuesday thru Saturday - onsite
Tuesday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am - 4:00pm

Position Overview
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for communicating with donors and drivers, scheduling pick ups, and ensuring the Logistics Department runs efficiently. It is a challenge and an invitation.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls and emails from our Donation Hotline
- Capture Donor information for all scheduled pickups
- Utilize Vonigo scheduling software to most efficiently schedule pick ups
- Provide drivers with accurate route sheets
- Communicate and problem solve with drivers throughout the day
- Perform weekly audits with drivers
- Work with store managers to identify trends and needs of the stores
- Timely complete projects assigned
- Continually improve your knowledge of donor and shopper trends
Education
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and completeness of work
- Approaches all tasks with a sense of urgency, enthusiasm and initiative
- Strong organizational skills while adapting to ever changing situations
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office/Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years related experience required.
- Required to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis and may experience frequent bending, squatting, lifting and repetitive motion

Compensation
- $16.50 an hour
