PrideStaff is working with a leading provider of abatement services, specializing in safe and efficient removal of hazardous materials. Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics, field crew management, and client relations, preferably within the abatement, construction, or restoration industries. The Administrator will be responsible for coordinating logistics for field crew, interacting with clients and insurance adjusters, and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for field crew, including scheduling, equipment management, and transportation arrangements.
- Communicate with clients to provide project updates, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate the writing and approval of proposals.
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project progress, client communications, and crew schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and safety standards.
- Familiarize yourself with company's processes and procedures, including proposal generation and project management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other abatement companies.
- Previous experience in logistics, field crew management, or client relations, preferably in the abatement, construction, or restoration industries.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Familiarity with proposal generation and project management processes.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards.
