Logistics Analyst
Contract, at least 5 months
Remote, their target is EST/CST
Hourly pay rate: $30-35/hr
Must have:
-Bachelor's degree
-Some experience in Logistics/Supply Chain related to shipment of goods/products
-Excel - lookups, pivot tables
As a Logistics Analyst Contractor, you play an integral role in our supply chain operations, facilitating the seamless movement of goods from both vendors and ports to our locations across the United States. Your primary focus will be on developing essential tools and conducting in-depth analysis to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to their respective destinations.
Operating within a dynamic national environment, each day presents unique challenges and opportunities for innovation. You will be tasked with a blend of core responsibilities and specialized projects aimed at enhancing logistical efficiency, reducing costs, and establishing the infrastructure needed to sustain our ongoing expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
-Utilize data-driven insights to optimize logistical processes and improve operational performance.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
-Develop and maintain tools and systems to support the logistical needs of our growing business.
-Analyze transportation routes, carrier performance, and inventory levels to minimize delays and enhance supply chain agility.
-Lead special projects aimed at driving cost savings and enhancing overall logistics capabilities.
