Our client in Lancaster, PA is actively looking for a Traffic/Logistics Admin Assistant in their Logistics department for an 8+ month contract position!

Position overview:

• This position will the assist the Logistics Supervisor with administrative tasks associated with completing shipments, maintaining correct information in DLX and the jockey sheet.
• Also, completing various daily reports, maintaining daily filing of shipments, and various warehouse functions as needed.

 Skills required:

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly with emphasis on Excel.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively with a proactive approach.
• Performs well in a team environment.
• Organized and detail-oriented person.
• Effective communication skills.

Skills Preferred:

• Experience with warehouse, shipping & receiving or transportation planning.
• DLX or other Warehouse management systems
• SAP experience

Experience required:

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Administrative experience in an office environment

Experience preferred:

• Experience with warehouse management systems

Education Required:

High school diploma or GED
