NexTerra is adding Logistics Clerk to our growing operations. This position will assist in the day-to-day operations of our shipping and receiving docks, as well as supporting our local delivery drivers.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the dock schedules for shipping / receiving and the cellar
• Assign doors to deliveries / pickups
• Print and distribute required paperwork for outbound loads and local deliveries
• Manage paperwork and ensure proper signatures are captured and procedures are followed
• Assist with verification of freight invoices
• Scan and save digital copies of signed Bills of Lading
• Assist with the receiving process by verifying PO numbers, items, etc

Requirements:

• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong skills in organizing resources, analyzing and solving problems, establishing priorities and making sound judgments.
• Ability to multitask and switch tasks to reorganize priorities throughout the day.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments independently and effectively.
• Safety and Security - Observes NexTerra safety policies, assists in the safe operation of our dock and yard areas
• Adaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment by demonstrating flexibility. Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.

Physical Job Functions:

· Must be able to work in a warehouse environment, which may be hot in the
summer and cold in the winter

· Must be able to stand and walk around the warehouse for long periods of time.

. Experience operating, or willingness to be trained to operate Powered Industrial Equipment such as forklifts and electric pallet jacks.

Hours:

· 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Friday (40 hours per week)

· Our warehouse team may work holidays, including the day after Thanksgiving,
Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve
