Minimum Requirements:

• Willing to wait for license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
• Ortho, urology, GYN, cardiothoracic, peds, general, endoscopy, IR, and EP experience
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
