• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS and BLS required
• 10 - 15 patients per day in clinic, 10 - 12 procedures on procedure day
• Standard endoscopy procedures
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
