Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Family Practice - $125 to $135 per hour in Conway, SC at Curative

Practice Setting

• Outpatient clinic setting 
• The clinic is a multi-specialty practice offering primary care and infectious disease services
• 2 support staff per provider (LPN or MA)
  • EMR: AthenaHealth

Schedule

• Quick start with a 1-2 week credentialing process
• No call requirements 
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Tuesday: 8 AM - 6 PM
  • Friday: 8 AM - 1 PM

Cases and Procedures

• Primary Care
  • Chronic Disease Management
  • Standard Sick and Well Visits
  • Infectious Disease (HIV experience a plus)
• Minor Procedures (e.g., Cryotherapy, Joint Injections)
• Screening Exams (Well Child, Annual Preventive Exams, Cervical Cancer Screening)

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active South Carolina Medical License
• DEA and BLS Certifications
• SC Controlled Substance Registration
• Medicare and SC Medicaid Credentialed
