General Job Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management and postoperative pain management. Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions. Maintain accurate and complete medical records. National certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Experience: While specific requirements may vary, most locum CRNA positions prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting.
